This 2-hour training course, "Engaging with Purpose: Creating Effective Riding Programs using Human Motivation," is designed for therapeutic riding instructors. Participants will learn how to utilize the 9 domains of human motivation to develop engaging programs that address attracting participants, teaching riding skills, and retaining participants. The course emphasizes the importance of engaging the 9 core domains of human motivation to enhance the therapeutic benefits of equine-assisted services. Vaulting Into Engagement: Creating a Motivating Program through Human Motivation

This 2 hour workshop teaches vaulting instructors how to utilize the 9 core drives of human motivation to create an engaging and rewarding program. Participants will learn strategies for participant attraction and retention, interactive vaulting session design, and data tracking through quest logs.
